About Us

PTM Group of Institutions entered the teacher training field in 2004, through the inception of PTM Institute of Teacher Education. PTM ITE caters to building the future teachers in society. It offers the Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) course, which makes the students eligible to become teachers in the LP and UP sections. It is a 2-year program, whose basic eligibility is a pass in grade XII. The course structure is made by including necessary theory and practice teaching sections in various schools. We are one of the very few institutions in Kerala that provide the D.El.Ed course in both English and Malayalam medium. The institution provides all necessary amenities for the students, including laboratory and library facilities. The calm surroundings help them embark on their learning process with a positive mindset. Our college also encourages students to excel in co-curricular and extracurricular activities, which are important for their overall development.
